Looking at love in all our relationships

Looking at love in all our relationships

From ancient writings to Garry Chapman’s The 5 Languages of Love, these ideas and concepts can never be dismissed from being out of date, overdone or unfashionable. Especially when we think of the month of February, we connect to love in all its forms. With Valentine’s Day on the horizon and all the stress that can come with this romantic day, it’s important to be aware of our ability to provide and receive love or appreciation for ourselves. This can be done with any number of personal wellness activities, self-care, or personal affirmations. Once you are ready to love that person in the mirror it’s much easier to give and receive love to others in your life. With this love and appreciation for yourself, regardless of your current romantic status, you have a good start? to healthy relationships.
