Le processus de deuil n\u2019a pas de date d\u2019ach\u00e8vement explicite. Votre cheminement dans le deuil peut prendre plus de temps que vous ou les gens qui vous entourent l\u2019auriez pr\u00e9vu, mais il est important de ne pas pr\u00e9cipiter les choses. Il n\u2019y a pas de \u00ab bonne \u00bb ou de \u00ab mauvaise \u00bb fa\u00e7on de faire son deuil. M\u00eame si vous avez v\u00e9cu la m\u00eame perte que quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre, votre cheminement dans le deuil peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent du sien, ce qui est parfaitement acceptable. La perte que vous avez v\u00e9cue continuera de faire partie de votre vie au fil du temps. \u00c0 certains moments, vous allez penser \u00e0 cette perte et la pleurer; cela fait partie de la vie.
