Toutefois, des marques moins \u00e9videntes de manque de respect peuvent vraiment affecter l\u2019ensemble du milieu de travail. Les rumeurs, les commentaires d\u00e9sobligeants, le refus de reconna\u00eetre des coll\u00e8gues ou leurs contributions, des blagues de mauvais go\u00fbt, et le favoritisme sont des exemples de manque de respect en milieu de travail.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4a022c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4a022c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Faire preuve de respect ne signifie pas pour autant que les probl\u00e8mes, les conflits ou les d\u00e9saccords sont pass\u00e9s sous silence. Ceux qui \u00e9voluent dans un milieu de travail empreint de respect t\u00e9moignent de ce qui suit :<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc84265 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dc84265\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Ils envisagent leur travail de fa\u00e7on plus positive et ont le sentiment de faire partie d\u2019une \u00e9quipe.<\/li><li>Ils communiquent mieux avec autrui au travail.<\/li><li>Ils sont plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de g\u00e9rer des situations d\u00e9licates comme les d\u00e9saccords.<\/li><li>Le perfectionnement personnel et l\u2019avancement professionnel leur tiennent plus \u00e0 c\u0153ur.<\/li><li>Ils sont plus susceptibles de demeurer avec leur employeur.<\/li><li>Leur sant\u00e9 mentale est globalement meilleure.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98826a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"98826a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Le respect fait partie int\u00e9grante d\u2019un milieu de travail sain. Quand des gens font face \u00e0 un manque de respect, avec le temps, leur sant\u00e9 mentale et physique peut en p\u00e2tir.
