En fait, faire de soi une priorit\u00e9, s\u2019exercer \u00e0 \u00eatre bienveillant, patient, compr\u00e9hensif et indulgent envers soi-m\u00eame est essentiel pour cr\u00e9er une base solide afin d\u2019\u00eatre plus \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent pour les autres.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5585d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b5585d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tL\u2019autocompassion consiste \u00e0 \u00eatre bienveillant, aimant et acceptant envers soi-m\u00eame, en particulier dans les moments o\u00f9 l\u2019on se sent en situation d\u2019\u00e9chec, d\u2019insuffisance ou de souffrance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. L\u2019autocompassion nous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9agir \u00e0 nos \u00e9motions de mani\u00e8re plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et plus adapt\u00e9e. Il faut faire un effort conscient pour \u00e9liminer certains des mod\u00e8les de comportement qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ancr\u00e9s en nous \u00e0 la suite d\u2019exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es, de normes soci\u00e9tales nuisibles et de messages int\u00e9rioris\u00e9s. Il faut de la pratique et du temps pour modifier notre fa\u00e7on de penser et nous remettre en question lorsque nous replongeons dans des pens\u00e9es malsaines qui ne nous sont plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55ef9f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55ef9f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe fait de s\u2019aimer sinc\u00e8rement, profond\u00e9ment, de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente et authentique est ancr\u00e9 dans la pratique de l\u2019autocompassion. \u00c9couter nos besoins et nos d\u00e9sirs, nous accorder de la gratitude, reconna\u00eetre nos vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s et nous accepter tels que nous sommes dans le moment pr\u00e9sent sont des moyens d\u2019honorer notre propre exp\u00e9rience humaine et, par cons\u00e9quent, celle des autres.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64b4825 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64b4825\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tL\u2019autocompassion est au c\u0153ur de la prise de soin de soi. Il y a de fortes chances pour que nous ne r\u00e9pondions pas \u00e0 un ami de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re lorsqu\u2019il traverse une \u00e9preuve, mais nous avons souvent tendance \u00e0 agir ainsi envers nous-m\u00eames. L\u2019autocompassion remet en question notre voix int\u00e9rieure et se penche sur nos d\u00e9fauts avec bienveillance, en nous rappelant nos forces et notre humanit\u00e9. Personne n\u2019est parfait, permettez-vous de faire des erreurs. Prenez soin de vous comme vous le feriez pour les autres.
