La campagne de la Journ\u00e9e mondiale de la sant\u00e9 mentale porte sur \u00ab La sant\u00e9 mentale au travail \u00bb. Tous les employ\u00e9s ont droit \u00e0 un environnement de travail favorable qui pr\u00e9vient les risques pour la sant\u00e9 mentale et qui encourage une sant\u00e9 mentale positive. De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que notre sant\u00e9 physique, la sant\u00e9 mentale fait partie int\u00e9grante de notre vie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Pourquoi s\u2019y int\u00e9resser?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><p>Tout au long de sa vie, une personne passe en moyenne 85 000 heures au travail.<\/p><p>Quelque 21,2 % des Canadiens qui ont un emploi ont rapport\u00e9 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de stress au travail.<\/p><p>Quelque 62 % des employ\u00e9s canadiens affirment que le travail est leur principale source de stress.<\/p><p>Quelque 62 % des enseignants manitobains ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir v\u00e9cu un \u00e9puisement professionnel en 2020, soit 20 % de plus que la moyenne nationale.<\/p><p>Les employ\u00e9s qui se sentent valoris\u00e9s au travail font \u00e9tat d\u2019une diminution de l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel, une am\u00e9lioration de leur bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel et des relations interpersonnelles plus solides.<\/p><p>Les liens \u00e9tablis au travail renforcent la fid\u00e9lisation des employ\u00e9s et leur sentiment d\u2019appartenance.<\/p><p>Les individus ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus impliqu\u00e9s et productifs au travail lorsque leur sant\u00e9 mentale est florissante.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au travail consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement o\u00f9 les personnes:<\/strong><\/h3><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><ul><li>Se sentent reconnues et en s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li><li>Peuvent \u00eatre honn\u00eates envers leurs gestionnaires et coll\u00e8gues<\/li><li>Peuvent s\u2019exprimer lorsqu\u2019elles en ressentent le besoin<\/li><li>Disposent de la libert\u00e9 et de la confiance n\u00e9cessaires pour exp\u00e9rimenter et apprendre de leurs erreurs<\/li><li>Se sentent suffisamment en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour \u00eatre cr\u00e9atives et prendre des risques<\/li><\/ul><p>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre authentiques et donner le meilleur d\u2019eux-m\u00eames, sans compromettre leur bien-\u00eatre mental ni celui des autres.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Le saviez-vous?<\/strong><\/h3><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><p>La norme nationale du Canada sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologiques en milieu de travail (Commission de la sant\u00e9 mentale du Canada, 2013) met en avant 13 facteurs qui am\u00e9liorent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au travail. Cette norme fournit aux milieux de travail des outils et des ressources afin de favoriser les facteurs qui soutiennent la sant\u00e9 mentale et de pr\u00e9venir les risques de pr\u00e9judices psychologiques au travail.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Comment pouvons-nous investir dans des milieux de travail s\u00e9curitaires sur le plan psychologique, favorisant la sant\u00e9 mentale et le bien-\u00eatre au travail?<\/strong><\/h3><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><p>Contribuez gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019initiative Des soins en \u00e9ducation pour tous \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019outils visant \u00e0 renforcer et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des environnements de travail s\u00e9curitaires sur le plan psychologique. Cette initiative invite les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir le programme Travail s\u00fbr sur le plan psychologique : Inciter les conversations mobilisantes. Cet outil guid\u00e9 propose aux milieux de travail des mini-le\u00e7ons ax\u00e9es sur l\u2019exploration de la sant\u00e9 mentale au travail:<\/p><ol><li>Comment le travail influence-t-il notre sant\u00e9 mentale?<\/li><li>Quand demander de l\u2019aide et quels types de soutien sont disponibles.<\/li><li>L\u2019importance des liens sociaux au travail.<\/li><li>Pourquoi et comment cr\u00e9er une culture de reconnaissance.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>Que puis-je faire?<\/strong><\/h3><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><ul><li>Prendre soin de votre propre sant\u00e9 mentale, comme prendre des pauses, faire des exercices de respiration profonde ou pratiquer une activit\u00e9 physique.<\/li><li>Demandez du soutien lorsque vous avez besoin d\u2019aide ou que vous \u00eates stress\u00e9.<\/li><li>Favorisez une culture de reconnaissance et de valorisation en milieu de travail en montrant du soutien et de la reconnaissance envers les autres.<\/li><li>Renforcez les liens et le sentiment d\u2019appartenance avec les autres en prenant de leurs nouvelles et en leur accordant du temps.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Sources et ressources:<\/strong><\/h3><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><p>Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9.
