Workshop Goals include:

  • Overview on Mental Health and Wellness for self

  • Overview of resources provided by CARE FOR ALL in EDUCATION

Psychological Safety in the Workplace

Support for Workplace Health and Safety Reps

 

Workshop Goals include:

  • A review of concepts related to psychological health and safety
  • Psychological Health and Safety Outcomes
  • Review Foundational concepts related to mental health and illness
  • Discuss workplace psychological health and safety
  • Consider workplace PHS in the context of schools
  • Introducion of the Audit Tool for schools and school Divisions
  • Roll out of mini-lessons that can be used by attendees with other staff

Creating a Psychological Safe Workplace

The government of Manitoba recently amended Bill 29 legislating that all workplaces in Manitoba must be Psychologically Safe

 

Workshop Goals include:

  • What determines a psychologically safe workplace
  • Change management
  • Needs assessment
  • How to create a psychologically safe workplace
  • Organizational review
  • Ongoing evaluation
  • Sustainability

Administrator Workshop

Helping school administrators support their staff


Workshop Goals include:

  • Overview of Mental Health and Wellness for Self
  • Strategies for talking with staff about Mental Health
  • Working through the communication process, SET
  • Time Management strategies
  • Overview of resources and courses through Care For All

Care, Compassion & Compassion Fatigue

Looking at how we take care of ourselves first

 

Workshop Goals include:

  • Clarify differences between sympathy, empathy and compassion
  • Develop an understanding of compassion fatigue
  • Learn practical strategies for combating compassion fatigue (self-compassion, setting boundaries, and connecting with others)

Care for All facilitators will meet with organizers to customize any of our workshops


Workshops can be geared towards specific goals within the school or division.


Please note there are quite a few spots available after Winter Break but PD days fill up quickly.


We travel all across Manitoba and look forward to working with as many schools and divisions in the province as possible!


All workshops are FREE!


Care For All in Education works under the umbrella of the Canadian Mental Health Association and is funded by the Province of Manitoba
