Life is busy but boundaries can help us manage and maintain our well-being. This course explores the “why” and “how to” when it comes to boundaries for all areas of your life – with work, friends, family, intimate relationships and even yourself.  In this course we will:

  • Define what boundaries actually are and why they are important​
  • Identify different types of boundaries​
  • Debunk boundary myths​
  • Explore how boundaries may look
  • Learn step by step how to create boundaries​
